- All transactions will be conducted in United States currency.
- No flight will be confirmed until full payment is received.
- Your flight is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-mail from Foxtrot
- If we are unable to obtain authorization on the credit card you submitted, we will attempt to notify you at the email address you provided. If we are unable to make contact, your reservation will be cancelled.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested in any registration forms required by Foxtrot. You also agree to update the information about yourself promptly, and as necessary, to keep it current and accurate. If messages sent to an email address provided by you are returned as undeliverable, Foxtrot reserves the right to terminate your account immediately with or without notice to you and without any liability to you or any third party.
- Operator accepts one carry-on roller bag per passenger weighing no more than twenty (20) pounds. Foxtrot reserves the right to refuse carriage of a bag or bags that are deemed too heavy or large.
- All prices, availability and departure times are subject to change without notice.
- Foxtrot reserves the right to alter or reschedule any flight due to: weather, ATC delays, TFR’s (flight restrictions), or any situation outside of our control.
- By-The-Seat flights require a minimum of three passengers to fly. Foxtrot reserves the right to reschedule a flight if the minimum is not met.
- Directions and phone numbers to locations are provided in the body of all confirmations
- An 8.875% booking fee will be charged on all purchases.
- Passengers who are late for private. Charters are subject to additional fees charge of $250 per each 15 minute interval starting from 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Additional fees may also apply for late operations, extraordinary FBO fees, catering requests, ground transportation requests, and excess baggage.
- Any unauthorized actions or behaviors will result in the immediate termination of the flight.
- No smoking in the aircraft.
- Seating in helicopters is based on weight and balance.
- All passengers must bring valid photo ID in order to fly.
- If requested, passengers must have access to confirmation email for their flight.
- *Everything allowed on board the aircraft will be at the discretion of the Pilot In Command

- Passengers must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time for all flights. Flights may depart up to 5 minutes ahead of their scheduled departure time due to circumstances including, but not limited to, weather, TFR (flight restriction), airport congestion, airport curfews and pilot duty times. Aircraft will not wait for late passengers, and passengers who miss their flights will forfeit the purchase price.
- In the case of mechanical difficulties, FOXTROT shall at Client's request, use its best efforts to provide substitute transportation which shall be charged as an additional fee to Client. In such cases FOXTROT original charges apply only on portion of flight completed.
- Discount codes are only applicable to purchases of $500+ unless otherwise specified
Cancellations
- All Flights are Non-Refundable.
- If the weather seems questionable on the day of your flight, Foxtrot reserves the right to cancel up to 2 hours before scheduled departure time. In the event your flight is cancelled by weather, a flight voucher will be issued redeemable for up to 12 months. Vouchers may be transferred to another person and are redeemable in other cities of operation.
- By-The-Seat bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled flight. To reschedule, please email info@flyfoxtrot.com or call 1-844-446-7796. By-The-Seat cancellations up to 48 hours before scheduled flight departure will result in a flight voucher redeemable for up to 12 months. Vouchers may be transferred to another person and are redeemable in other cities of operation.
- No shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled flight will result in a forfeiture of the full price.
- The following cancellation fees apply to private charter bookings: Trip cancelled 3 calendar days before scheduled departure – 25% of charter quote; Trip cancelled 2 calendar days before scheduled departure – 50% of charter quote; Trip cancelled within 24 hours 100% of charter quote
Liability for Damages and Limitation of Liability
- Client shall be liable for all damage to aircraft or other property of any charter flight arranged for client by FOXTROT caused by Client's employees, agents, representatives or guests.
- FOXTROT shall not be liable for delay, cancellation or failure to furnish any transportation pursuant to this Agreement caused in whole or in part by any regulation, law, ordinance, or rule of any government agency thereof or by acts of God, weather conditions, acts of terrorism, strike or labor dispute, damage to or loss of aircraft, mechanical difficulty, events beyond FOXTROTs control, war, civil commotion, Client's failure to confirm a reservation, or any cause beyond the reasonable control of FOXTROT.
- FOXTROT shall not be liable for loss or damage to money, bullion, stocks, bonds, coupons, jewelry, precious stones or valuable papers. FOXTROT is not liable for expenses incurred for replacement transportation in the case of mechanical difficulties, (in such cases our charges apply only on portion of flight completed). If a flight does not reach its destination due to weather, charges apply to any destination reached and return flight of the aircraft and crew (with or without passengers) to home base.
